Can I attach The Perfect Pack to my existing paddleboard?
Yes. The Perfect Pack features a universal anchoring system. You can secure it directly using our Temporary Mounting Kit (fits virtually any board) or mount it using the Permanent Mounting Kit for a dedicated, flush-lock setup.
Is the pack waterproof, and can it be submerged?
The pack is constructed with water-resistant fabrics and coated zippers designed for lake spray, heavy splash, and all-weather trail use. While extremely water-resistant, it is not an airtight dry bag intended for underwater submersion.
How long does the built-in cooler keep drinks cold?
The insulated cooler compartment features insulation engineered to keep beverages, snacks, and ice cold for 8+ hours out in the direct sun.
What does the 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty cover?
We provide full manufacturer coverage against structural defects, hardware failure, seam integrity, and zipper issues under normal outdoor use. If a defect occurs, we warranty it promptly.
How fast does it ship, and what is the return policy?
Orders are custom-made in our manufacturing facility. Once orders are ready to ship, they are sent with tracked delivery across North America (typically 4–8 business days). Please check our policies section for return information.
