The Perfect Pack is a multi-functional outdoor comfort system. It serves as a durable, water-resistant backpack to carry your gear, but also features an integrated cooler for your drinks and a built-in seat so you always have a place to rest.

Our systems are designed for boards ranging from 10'6" to 12'6" in length and 32" to 36" in width. The integrated seat and cooler attachment system uses mounting straps compatible with most quality inflatable SUP boards on the market.

You can apply to become a dealer through our Dealer Registration page. Fill out the application with your business details — we review all applications within 2–3 business days. Once approved, you'll gain access to wholesale pricing, marketing assets, and an account manager.

All Perfect Pack boards come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The seat and cooler accessories carry a 1-year warranty. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect is not covered. Contact us to initiate a warranty claim.

Yes! We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and select European countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. All international orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partners with full tracking.

Within Canada and the USA, standard shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days depending on customs clearance. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, contact our support team at info@perfectpack.ca with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

The integrated cooler compartment features a waterproof zipper and TPU-coated insulation lining. It keeps drinks and snacks cold for up to 8 hours depending on ambient temperature. We recommend using ice packs rather than loose ice for best results and to avoid water pooling inside the compartment.

The pack is built from highly durable, water-resistant materials designed to handle splashes, rain, and wet environments like the beach or a paddleboard. While it will protect your gear from the elements, it is not a dry bag and should not be fully submerged underwater.

Our rechargeable air compressor inflates up to 16 PSI, which is the exact pressure needed for the Perfect Paddleboard. Because it is battery-powered, you can inflate your board right at the water's edge without needing to run a cord to your vehicle.
