Warranty Policy

All sales are final, however, we stand behind the quality of our product with a 1 year replacement warranty incase of failure or manufacturer defect

Return / Refund Policy

Some unused, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs and 20% restocking fee

Return Conditions

To qualify, the product must be in its original packaging with all included parts and accessories, and show no signs of use. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos and description of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

How to Start a Claim

Email info@perfectpack.ca with your order number, pictures/video and the reason for claim. Our team will review and respond to you with further instructions. Custom or clearance items, are final sale under this Policy and excluded from the standard Perfect Pack Policy.
