1. Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk

I voluntarily choose to try Perfect Pack products and related demo equipment (including the Perfect Pack Backpack, Perfect Paddle Board, and Lazy Lizard suntan bed and accessories), including use on land and, where permitted, on the water.

I understand this activity involves risks including falls, collisions, equipment failure, changing weather or water conditions, serious injury, drowning and death. I accept all risks, known and unknown.

2. Safety and Life Jacket / PFD Policy

Perfect Pack, its affiliates and the local trial operator may or may not provide a life jacket/PFD. I am responsible for complying with all applicable safety laws. Where legally permitted, I may choose whether to wear a life jacket/PFD and accept the additional risk of not wearing one. I acknowledge that Perfect Pack products are not life-saving devices.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and agree not to sue Perfect Pack, its affiliates, trial operators, owners, employees, contractors and representatives for any injury, death, loss or damage arising from my participation, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THEIR NEGLIGENCE.

4. Equipment Responsibility and Replacement Policy

I accept full responsibility for the care, security, and proper use of the demo equipment while it is in my possession. I commit to returning all equipment by the end of my designated demo period in the exact condition it was received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. In the event that any of the equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged while in my care, I agree to be held financially responsible and will pay Perfect Pack the full retail replacement cost of the affected item(s) upon demand.

5. Open Public Area Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that the demo is taking place in an open, uncontrolled public environment. I agree to operate all equipment safely, with situational awareness, and in compliance with any local rules and regulations governing the public area.

6. Media & Marketing Release (Photo, Video & Likeness)

I grant Perfect Pack, its affiliates, successors, licensees, and authorized representatives the perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and royalty-free right to photograph, film, and record me (including my name, voice, image, and likeness) in connection with my participation in the demo. I agree that Perfect Pack may use, reproduce, edit, display, publish, and distribute these recordings in whole or in part, across any media format now known or later developed—including websites, social media platforms, digital ads, print materials, trade shows, and other promotional or professional commercial uses—without compensation, inspection, or prior approval. I release Perfect Pack and its representatives from any claims of invasion of privacy, right of publicity, copyright infringement, or defamation arising from such use.
